What Actions Should I Take After the Accident?

Take lots of photos of the scene, showing the damage caused to both vehicles. Make sure that you take all registration numbers, the position of the vehicles and any road markings.

Make sure not to apologise or admit responsibility at the scene or afterwards when speaking with other parties (unless the incident was obviously caused by your mistake).
